Fatou Bensouda, former Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, discusses the impact of the ICC’s jurisprudence on international criminal justice in Africa. Fatou Bensouda attended the Dakar conference organised by the Wayamo Foundation and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS) Programme for the Promotion of the Rule of Law in Sub-Saharan Africa.
